The Highton Residence demonstrate the high level of sustainability that can be achieved in a higher density residential projects. In achieving this outcome, a contemporary design has provided highly liveable, comfortable and healthy dwelling.

Located in an established residential suburb of Geelong, this project demonstrates a high level of sustainability achieved on a tight suburban block where north faces a side boundary.

• FSC certified timber window frames
• extensive use of sustainable, recycled and low toxicity building materials
• radially sawn silvertop ash timber shiplap cladding
